Our designer

My name is Sonya, and I own Sonya Rae Studios LLC, dba Sonya Rae Design Co. I started this company because of my love of art, and graphic design. My "primary job" is as a face and body artist - face painting, Henna, etc. I LOVE my canvases and can get lost for hours painting faces at festivals or birthday parties. I use graphic design in my local businesses, creating ads and marketing materials for our face painting booths, advertisements and website design. I also own a Ragdoll cattery!

I was born into a family of crafters. I enjoy painting on canvases, making frames, rag banners and so much more! We are currently in the midst of DIY renovations on our home, where you'll find me in my down time.

I am passionate about my work and in creating the designs you see. Photos used in our samples are creative commons or owned by photog friends who gave us permission to use them in our derivative works.
